This article goes into depth about the level of VIOLENCE in young children at school. This is a common issue for teens and young adults however, it's happening now more and more to children in the early years. Even as little as three years old, children are demonstrating severe aggression, lack of empathy and violence towards their peers, themselves and the teaching staff.

I had the opportunity to speak to a large group of Teachers & Early Childhood Educators in twice this year about how we as a group can help decrease some of these challenges. It isn't a one-size-fits-all solution nor is it something you can change in one day. What is necessary is to bring awareness, educate everyone involved about best practices as well techniques that are effective and then put an action plan into place. It's not going to be easy, but it will be worth it.
