In order to confirm the booking, full payment is due prior to the appointment. Appointments must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the date and time booked. We reserve the right to require payment of all goods & services to be made prior to the time of service of shipment of items.
Payment for any workshop, presentation, party, class or event is required prior to the event date to secure booking unless otherwise noted.
All advertised prices subject to change without notice (not including quotes/invoices). Additional costs may apply for Site Visits outside of the Lower Mainland & Vancouver, BC areas.
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal account or Interact Email Transfer via your bank account. Cheques are no longer accepted unless otherwise noted.
Invoices for payment are sent directly from our service provider PayPal. Automatic receipt is given after payment has been confirmed.
All private coaching services are non-refundable once the appointment has been made & confirmed. Any purchased time remaining after any appointment (either phone or in-person) will be banked on the time-sheet and is encouraged to be used. The remaining time will not be refunded in anyway back to the client.
Any scheduled appointments that cannot take place due to *extreme circumstances agreed upon both Julie Romanowski of Miss Behaviour: parenting coach & consultant services and the client involved shall be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.
Any workshop/presentation/seminar/conference registration that Miss Behaviour: parenting coach & consultant services is responsible for organizing, will also be non-refundable unless for an *extreme circumstances that involves the presenter to not be able to do the arranged workshop/presentation/seminar/conference and then the full amount of the registered ticket(s) shall be refunded.
In any event the registered person(s) are not able to attend, that person is responsible for making their own arrangements to give the ticket to someone else and notify Miss Behaviour: parenting coach & consultant services of any changes to their registration details. No refunds will be given if the registered person(s) are not able to attend due to their own personal circumstances and the workshop/presentation/seminar/conference takes place.
*Extreme circumstances would include sever weather conditions, power outage, natural disaster, personal or family emergencies, death, illness, unsafe environmental situations and/or the mental health or well-being of the individuals involved.
