EVENT REFUND POLICY
Once a registration of a participant has been completed, any EVENT that includes a workshop/presentation/seminar/conference organized by Julie Romanowski of Miss Behaviour: parenting coach & consultant services is non-refundable.
In any event the registered person(s) are not able to attend, that person is responsible for making their own arrangements to give the ticket to someone else and notify Miss Behaviour: parenting coach & consultant services of any changes to their registration details. No refunds will be given if the registered person(s) are not able to attend due to their own personal circumstances and the workshop/presentation/seminar/conference takes place.
The only time a refund will be given if it is due to *extreme circumstances that involves the presenter to not be able to do the arranged workshop/presentation/seminar/conference. This would only happen if the arranged EVENT such as a workshop/presentation/seminar/conference is not able to be rescheduled with in 6 months of the original date however, this would take the highest of priorities prior to refunds being given.
Once several attempts of rescheduling has taken place and no positive outcome has happened, then the full amount of the registered ticket(s) shall be refunded to the participants - as decided and agreed upon by Julie Romanowski of Miss Behaviour: parenting coach & consultant services.
*Extreme circumstances would include sever weather conditions, power outage, natural disaster, personal or family emergencies, death, illness, unsafe environmental situations and/or the mental health or well-being of the individuals involved.
