This workshop includes a full two hour session with Early Childhood Consultant Julie Romanowski (children's behaviour, development and discipline specialist). Also included are handouts, digital resources, discussions, visuals, notes and information that will be discussed together during the session.
SESSION OUTLINE:
Learn to plan for SUCCESS and avoid the STRESS that can easily come with Christmas and the winter holiday season.
We will discuss strategies such as how to:
- Create a meaningful intention
- make a positive plan for the holidays and control chaos
- go from stress to success
- create clear boundaries
- promote well-being for everyone involved
All this wrapped up in a user-friendly plan. A big red bow may be included!
