WORKSHOP OUTLINE

Join us for this unique, 2-day, in-person workshop event discussing ways to recover from burnout and go from surviving to thriving while still juggling your busy life. Suitable for educators, teachers, medical professionals, parents and caregivers.

We will discuss how burnout happens, how to recover from it's effects and how to move forward with a plan of action that actually works! 

KEY POINTS OF DISCUSSION:  prevention, challenging behaviour, boundaries, self-care strategies, regulation, mindfulness, gratitude, work/life balance, healthy habits, nervous system recharge, grounding, journaling, relationships, reflection, support.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF...

You want more information, resources and tools to promote a greater sense of well-being either at work, at home or in the community.  This information is suitable for those who live/work with the vulnerable population such as children, the elderly as well as those with medical conditions, disabilities or needing of extra care and support.

The goal of this workshop event is to help promote well-being. It is new + original content created by Julie Romanowski.  This workshop event is for informational and educational purposes only and not a substitute for professional counselling or medical advice, treatment or diagnosis.
