Content is split into three 1.5 hour sessions available to anyone who would like to understand themselves or others better when faced with challenging situations. In the first session, learn about Leadership and how it co-exists within teams. Secondly, we will focuses on how burnout happens within the workplace or at home and then learn how to best navigate in terms of prevention. In the last session, we discover how effective communication and connection makes all the difference when interacting with others.
Each registered participant will have the opportunity to view handouts during the webinar. There is also access to a visual summary handout at the end that includes the essential parts of the topic that were discussed. Certificates are also available for those who require them.

Session 2 - BURNOUT PREVENTION
Stress seems to be increasing these days as our coping skills are starting to decrease due to the overwhelm and magnitude of the stressors. How we manage ourselves in these stressful situations or environments corresponds to our awareness about what is going on within ourselves. We will discover what the window of tolerance as well as self-regulation is and how we can take steps to a more healthier outlook and positive outcome. |

Session 3 - COMMUNICATION & CONNECTION
Explore unique ways to become a more effective communicator whether it is at home or at the workplace. We will also discuss what exactly to communicate and how to communicate it to others. There is a component where we dissect the many aspects of PLAY and how we can use this to our advantage. Discover the ‘art of connecting’ with those we interact with and why this is such an important piece for others to listen to us. |

Yes! There will be a certificate available at the end of the session for those who have registered. We use the name if the person who has registered. You are also able to use the hours of this webinar session towards credits or renewal of their ECE license or application.
Yes, absolutely! It's important that anyone who lives/works with the same children as you do, all have a cohesive and consistent approach! Keep in mind that each participant must register separately though if they want to receive a certificate.

We will be offering these sessions several times through out the year but spaces fill up fast and many of them are sold out!

Each participant learns in their own unique way and we have designed all webinars with a variety of learning styles and common, situational examples to suit most people. There are opportunities to ask questions during as well as afterwards to further your learning and knowledge.

There will also be some handouts during the webinar in most sessions to help support learning. This is a live webinar and no recording of this session will be available at this time.
