Children getting a good nights sleep is extremely beneficial for the child as well as for their Parents! Not only is it necessary for the growth & development of the child's brain and body but it's necessary for parents to have an chance to relax and restore themselves. A lot of Parents don't find this important or relevant but it can be very beneficial for their overall health as well as for their relationship.
