Take time out for.....YOURSELF! It's ok to take time out in your day for yourself. Give yourself permission & plan to do things such as relax, take a bath, meditate, exercise or go out with a friend. If we don't stop the insanity cycle once and a while, we can be left feeling 'burnt out'! Remember, your children are watching you every day. They are observing how we deal with daily situations; the anxieties, the chaos, the ups & the downs and the choices we make for ourselves. By taking some time out to relax and rejuvenate, you would be teaching a valuable lesson to your children in respecting yourself as a whole person and giving value to yourself. What great role modeling for your children!
