1.) Schedule time for YOU! Honor yourself with some self-care and self-love.
2.) Practice some deep breathing exercises with your child. It's a great activity to teach kids to relax and take some time out to be calm and it's an awesome bonus for Parents too!
3.) Challenge yourself to get up 30 minutes before the kids normally do. This is a great opportunity to spend time alone and in silence. Do some stretches, read the paper, have a cup of tea or do a meditation. What a powerful way to start the day!
