Are we suppose to encourage teens to go to higher education such as college & university or are we suppose to help children follow their hearts desire no matter what they choose to do with their future? 
This is a very interesting topic that has a lot of people talking because the old norms of forcing your teenager to go to university are no longer. Times have changed and many young adults are not able to go or even want to go. Can they still have success? and should we celebrate this decision? For some, entering into the workforce is the right decision.
